User Accounts

To post shows, create journals, or use collaboration features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining accurate information, safeguarding your credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your login. Notify us immediately at support@goseeashow.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Use of the Service

You may use GoSeeAShow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time. We may limit access, remove content, or suspend accounts when we believe a user is acting in bad faith or harming the community.

User-Generated Content

Shows, posters, bios, descriptions, journals, and ticket links are considered “User Content.” You retain ownership of your User Content but grant GoSeeAShow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it through the Service. Only upload media and information you have the right to share.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of show information, availability of ticket links, and compliance with any licensing rules. We may remove User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Data Handling

Account information, RSVP history, and journal entries are stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. We collect aggregated analytics to improve features and reliability. For details refer to the Privacy Policy.

Ticket Links & Third-Party Services

Some shows include ticket links or references to third-party services. These sites are not controlled by GoSeeAShow. We are not responsible for their content, security, or policies. Always review the third party’s terms before sharing information or making purchases.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to post fraudulent listings, harvest user data, interfere with the Service, impersonate others, or upload malicious code. We may report unlawful conduct to the appropriate authorities.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we believe your actions pose risk to other users. You may discontinue use at any time by deleting your account or emailing support@goseeashow.com for assistance.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date below. By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
